National Fibromyalgia Association launches weekly live podcast series
The first podcast in a weekly series to commemorate National Fibromyalgia Awareness Day 2009 can now be heard on BlogTalkRadio, the leading social radio network heard by over 2 million listeners each month.
Launched by the National Fibromyalgia Association, the special series on Awareness Day podcasts will be held each Tuesday at 12:00 pm PDT until May 12, 2009—Fibromyalgia Awareness Day.
In the first podcast, held last Tuesday, April 14, Lynne Matallana, president and founder of the National Fibromyalgia Association, introduced the NFA’s Awareness Day campaign, “Fibromyalgia Affects Everyone.” Matallana was joined by Sandy Bennett, the NFA’s Director of Communications, who described the organizations numerous activities planned for Awareness Day nationwide.
