The Fibromyalgia Cookbook: More Than 120 Easy and Delicious Recipes

The Fibromyalgia Cookbook
This cookbook has many healthy and light recipes for the enjoyment of the entire family. The glossary should not be missed as there a few new ingredients in many of the recipes that I could not find in my pantry.

Ms. Smith has a varied listing of recipes. I thoroughly enjoyed the dressings, sauces and dips sections. I can always use a new sauce to dress up a simple meat or pasta dish. With FM, I do not always feel like cooking. However, I always feel like eating.

The ingredients were few, the directions simple, fresh and tasty—perfect for the FM person. Thank you, Ms. Smith, for some new ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
