Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Helicopter Fly-Along Raffle Overview and Guidelines
This raffle is registered with the Department of Justice under Raffle Registration Number RF0004166 and is open only to California residents aged 18 and older,. Proceeds benefit the National Fibromyalgia Association, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for people affected by fibromyalgia.
GRAND PRIZE Don’t miss this once-in-a-lifetime chance to fly with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Aero Bureau, patrolling the skies over Los Angeles County in a modern jet helicopter. This approximately two-hour fly-along is not a tour flight, but an arduous patrol flight with airborne law enforcement officers doing real police work.
The certificate is for one person only. The recipient must be 18 years of age or older and in good health, and must sign a release of liability. The flight, which will be coordinated with the normal Aero Bureau flight schedule, must be taken within one year of receipt of the certificate. Flights will be at the sole discretion of the flight crew and are subject to rescheduling due to weather or operational considerations. An Aero Bureau Fly-Along Certificate must be presented at flight time. Aero Bureau is located within the Long Beach Airport complex.

Tickets may be purchased by phone (714.921.0150), fax (714.921.6920) or by mail. An entry form must accompany all mail-in and fax requests. (Please note: California law prohibits the sale of raffle tickets via the internet.) Tickets can be purchased with a valid credit card or by check or money order, payable to the National Fibromyalgia Association. No refunds will be given. Raffle tickets may not be considered a tax-deductible donation by the IRS.

The drawing will take place at the National Fibromyalgia Association’s headquarters in Anaheim. Winners will be notified by phone or email. Prize must be claimed within 60 days; if they are not, they will be forfeited.
