The National Fibromyalgia Association is pleased to invite you to attend a "Fibro Focus" presentation. “Fibro Focus” is a free educational opportunity for support groups. A local medical expert has been selected and will present information on living with and managing fibromyalgia.

"Fibro Focus" will offer:

 *  Tips to help proactively manage the condition

 *  An overview of fibromyalgia: causes, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment

 *  Information on an FDA-approved prescription treatment option for the management of fibromyalgia

 *  A Q&A session

Fibromyalgia patients, their families and friends, and members of the general public are welcome to attend. RSVPs are required. You may RSVP to the event host or to Megan Morrisroe at the NFA at mmorrisroe@fmaware.org

I want to be able to teach and learn about ways to live with Fibromyalgia.The purpose of this group will be to listen, teach, learn, support, help, and just be there for one another. Ms. Rengo is a coach, therapist, speaker & educator with 26 years of experience. Her mission is to educate the public and medical professionals on chronic pain and pain management issues. She is the President of the Missouri Pain Initiative and a member of the American Pain Society & other related associations. She is the author of a book called Beyond Chronic Pain. The first 50 registrants will receive a free copy of her book.
