TIPS FOR EATING HEALTHY

  1. Swap soft drinks for water or herbal teas

  2. Every meal should include some fresh produce

  3. Choose whole grains instead of refined carbohydrates

  4. Eat fruit rather than drinking fruit juices

  5. Avoid Deli meats

  6. Eat lean protein like tofu, fish, nuts, and eggs

  7. Don’t eat within 1-2 hours of bedtime

  8. Drink lots of water…hydrate!

  9.  Avoid sugar and saturated fats

FOODS TO BOOST YOUR MEMORY

  1. Fatty Fish – salmon, halibut

  2. Pumpkin Seeds

  3. Oranges

  4. Green Tea

  5. Eggs

  6. Turmeric
