Introducing the “Marathon Challenge”, Supporting the

National Fibromyalgia Association (NFA)!

Laia Coma, from Barcelona, Spain, and a champion swimmer and coach, is running the 2023 Singapore Marathon to increase awareness and research to help people living with fibromyalgia.

Laia has watched her mother suffer with fibromyalgia for over 17 years and now wants to help ensure that the National Fibromyalgia Association has funding to increase their efforts to advance research and help facilitate the development of new treatments for people with FM.

Laia’s efforts will draw attention to the needs of the fibromyalgia community, and help the NFA to build a better future for everyone with FM!

Laia Ran a Half – Marathon in Japan This Past October 14th in Preparation for the

December 3rd Marathon in Singapore.

“The run in Japan went great! I feel like I did the whole half marathon smiling!  I couldn’t believe I was running around Tokyo!” “Guess what I accomplished was my personal best in the Tokyo half marathon! The training is working, so I’ll be ready for the full Marathon on December 3rd in Singapore.”
