Any suggestions for gentle facial skin cleanser that does not cause fibro problems/reactivity/hurting skin? I seem to react to most everything these days for facial products.

I have the same issue. I am currently using Dermalogica’s Ultracalming face wash. It is a bit expensive but it lasts me a few months.

Cetaphil and Neutrogena work well.

I’ve had good luck with Aveeno cream cleansers.
