I have been on a extremely long journey for over 5 years with many doctors, tests, specialists with no answers. I have chronic pain in my left leg, chronic migraines, insomnia, muscle weakness, weight loss, fatigue, tremors (full body and sometimes just my hand), brain fog and tmj. Most doctors are quick to tell me its just stress. I know stress always makes things worse, but I know there is something else going on with my health. I dont live a normal life. When I have a flare with my leg, I cannot walk without crutches. When I get migraines I have to take off work or cancel plans. When I get fatigue I have to spend days in bed. There is also a hormonal correlation. During my period my flares tend to get worse. Also, all my blood work is usually normal. Can anyone relate to this? Does it sound like FM to you? Most descriptions of FM say the pain has to be widespread but my pain is mostly my left leg and migraines (sometimes my low back or jaw). Im so lost and frustrated. I just wish I could get an answer.

Have you been tested for a small fiber neuropathy? This would require a small 3 mm punch biopsy. Have you been screened for gluten sensitivity? By this I mean antigliadin antibodies.
