Two of my ancestors had Fibromyalgia in the 1800s. I had 3 surgeries and Mononucleosis before symptoms started. Mono never went away, then started having pains and extreme fatigue, 24 hrs. a day. I was 45 when I was diagnosed. I am 76, now. It’s often been very discouraging, no matter how much sleep I get, I’m still extremely fatigued and have the pains.
My daughter also has Fibro. and my older sister and all 3 of her daughters have Fibro. I’ve found that my closeness with God helps me to not be anxious, fearful, or depressed, even during this time with Covid-19 pandemic. Even though I’m unable to do much, physically, I can pray anytime, anywhere. I am also a prayer warrior. Praying for others really helps me, too
